Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will manage relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, vendors, and institutional clients, ensuring timely communication and high satisfaction levels. Daily responsibilities include maintaining account records, tracking commitments and payments, preparing reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal departments such as finance, admissions, and administration to resolve issues. The Account Manager will handle queries, support contract and agreement follow-up, monitor performance against targets, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve services. The role requires proactive engagement, careful follow-through on tasks, and adherence to university policies and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to maintain long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in account coordination activities, including documentation, tracking of payments, and follow-up with internal teams.
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders and preparing professional reports and presentations.
Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities.
Comfort with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation tools) and willingness to learn institutional systems.
Analytical mindset to review account performance, interpret data, and suggest improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Prior experience in account management, client relations, or corporate liaison, preferably in the education or services sector.
Demonstrated professional conduct, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
