Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as General Insurance Executives. The selected candidates will receive 15 days of free training to develop their knowledge and skills in general insurance, customer handling, sales, and policy servicing.
After successful completion of the training, candidates will be considered for the full-time on-site position at our Belapur office.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable general insurance products.
• Learn and explain insurance products, policy features, coverage, exclusions, and premiums to customers.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other channels.
• Assist customers with insurance applications, documentation, renewals, and policy-related queries.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and servicing.
• Support customers during the claims process.
• Maintain accurate customer and policy records.
• Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and new insurance requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and customer-service targets.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Eligibility

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn about insurance and financial products.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Training Program
• 15 days of free training will be provided before employment.
• Training will cover general insurance fundamentals, insurance products, customer handling, sales processes, documentation, and policy servicing.
• Candidates will receive practical exposure and guidance from experienced trainers.
• There is no training fee.

• Salary: ₹2 LPA – ₹3 LPA, depending on candidate performance and suitability.
