Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across Pan-India, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and networking etc.
Help identify and engage potential candidates across construction sector functions such as Residential, High-rise, Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial, and Data Centres.
Conduct initial CV screening and preliminary interviews to assess basic skill alignment and cultural fit.
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support interview scheduling and coordination.
Ensure regular follow-ups and communication with candidates to maintain a positive and professional candidate experience.
Share detailed job briefs and company information with candidates prior to interviews.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and assist in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives by engaging with candidates on social media and job platforms.
Ensure adherence to internal hiring policies, Equal Opportunity guidelines, and recruitment best practices.
Coordinate with HR Operations and stakeholders to support smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
Key Skills Required:
Good communication and presentation skills.
Stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle recruitment assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in human resources.
Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Construction or Real Estate industry, or with a recruitment agency.
Preferred having knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for quality-focused hiring.
