Role Description The Financial Accountant role at HIKO INDUSTRY PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Financial Accountant will prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and internal policies. Daily responsibilities include managing general ledger entries, reconciling accounts, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The role involves preparing timely financial reports for management, monitoring cash flows, and using accounting software to record and analyze transactions. The Financial Accountant will collaborate with internal departments, support audits, and help strengthen internal controls and financial procedures.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Reporting to support accurate analysis and timely management reporting.
Candidates should possess the ability to prepare and review Financial Statements with attention to detail and compliance with relevant standards.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related tools to manage ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage.
Working knowledge of local tax regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
Strong numerical aptitude, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Ahmedabad.
