Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead role based in Mumbai. The Team Lead will oversee a multidisciplinary team working on infrastructure advisory ,feasibility studies, DPRs, bid documents, Land development, Wayside Amenities. Responsibilities include coordinating with government clients and other stakeholders, leading project planning and execution, reviewing analytical work, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines. The role involves mentoring team members, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical and strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in infrastructure advisory, BOQ of Road and Highways, Detailed Project Report etc.
Experience in project management, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and quality assurance for advisory engagements.
Ability to draft and review technical and commercial documentation such as DPRs, bid documents, Model Concession Agreements, and policy notes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with experience interacting with government agencies and institutional clients.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, mentoring, performance management, and collaboration across functions.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Master in Civil Engineering.
Minimum12 year Experience in Infrastructure Sector.
