Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for a results-driven Ads Manager/Associate with hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms — especially Amazon Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and Google Ads. You’ll play a key role in strategizing, executing, and optimising ad campaigns to maximise ROI and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Amazon, Meta, Google, and other major platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations.
Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting refinement.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing ads across Amazon, Meta, and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ad dashboards and performance metrics.
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and pixel setup.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets effectively.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to performance marketing.
