Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Video Editor role based in Akola. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing gameplay footage and related content, assembling raw clips into polished videos suitable for online publishing. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and rearranging footage, adding transitions and basic effects, synchronizing audio and music, and applying color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal. The role also involves collaborating with content creators to interpret creative briefs, maintaining consistent style and branding across videos, and preparing final exports optimized for different platforms. The Video Editor will work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and support continuous content release schedules.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production.
Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and appealing visual quality.
Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging overlays, titles, and visual effects.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and basic knowledge of audio editing.
Ability to follow creative direction, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interest in gaming, especially Free Fire or similar titles, and understanding of current gaming content trends.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with content creators and other team members on-site in Akola.
