Role Description The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams, providing guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional efforts, facilitating integration between systems and teams, and removing delivery obstacles. The role involves mentoring engineers, reviewing technical designs, supporting software development processes, and promoting best practices in engineering management. The Engineering Manager will collaborate closely with product, operations, and leadership to align technical execution with business goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, with experience coaching and developing technical teams.
Candidates should possess practical Software Development skills, including familiarity with modern development methodologies and tools.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and track progress across multiple initiatives.
Candidates should possess Integration skills, with experience coordinating and aligning different systems, services, or platforms.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
Experience leading engineering teams in a product or technology-driven environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
