Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Visakhapatnam for a Full Stack Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that support Rockdale’s healthcare platforms, including features for HIMS, EMR/EHR, and related systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs and services, integrating databases and third-party services, and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and healthcare domain experts, participate in code reviews, write clean and testable code, and assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues. The role also includes contributing to technical documentation and continuous improvement of development practices and tools.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready web applications.
Hands-on experience in java springboot, Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
Solid skills in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, server-side frameworks, and database design and integration.
Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture in web application development.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and translate healthcare requirements into technical solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare technology, interoperability standards, or data-driven and AI-enabled platforms is an advantage.
