ABIRIBA LIMITED is hiring: Chief Business Officer / Head – Business Development
Location: Mumbai / Ranchi
Experience: 12–18+ years
CTC: ₹30–45 LPA + Performance Incentive
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, Strategy or related discipline preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall business development and revenue strategy.
Build and manage key government, PSU, real estate and infrastructure accounts.
Develop strategic partnerships and institutional relationships.
Lead high-value proposals, negotiations and closures.
Establish annual revenue targets and business development KPIs.
Build and mentor the BD and marketing team.
Track market opportunities, competitors and emerging sectors.
Work closely with leadership, technical and project teams.
Ideal Candidate
Strategic business leader with strong relationships across government, urban development, infrastructure, real estate and institutional sectors, with a proven record of winning large consulting/design projects.
