Job Description:
Job Title: Wealth Management Service Executive
Location: London
Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President
As a Service Executive, you will act as a trusted partner to clients and the Front Office, providing support across lending, payments, operational processes and wider business initiatives.
You will take ownership of activities from initiation through to resolution, driving exceptional client outcomes, maintaining a robust control environment, and contributing to strategic Chief Operation Officer (COO) priorities, change delivery and process enhancement.

Your key responsibilities
Execute client transactions, including payments, security transfers and other banking instructions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Support the end-to-end lending process by managing Lombard limit requests, loan drawdowns, rollovers and ongoing servicing, utilising key lending and banking platforms to ensure accurate and timely execution
Take ownership of client pricing and fee administration, ensuring pricing arrangements are accurately recorded and maintained throughout the client lifecycle. Collaborate with Front Office and infrastructure teams to manage pricing changes, resolve complex fee-related queries and maintain the integrity of client charging processes
Manage client maintenance and servicing activities, including portfolio openings, corporate actions processing, client reporting and account closures, ensuring all requests are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.
Identify and deliver process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Your skills and experience
Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification and/or work experience
Strong understanding of Wealth Management products and services
Proven experience using Avaloq within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment, with the ability to confidently manage client servicing, transaction processing and account maintenance activities through the platform
Proven ability to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload, delivering accurate and timely outcomes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management principles and control frameworks within a Private Banking or Wealth Management environment
Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and professionalism
