Job Description:
Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive and analytical individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be joining an international team who will support you throughout the duration of the graduate program to grow, develop and succeed.
Start Date: October 2026
Location : Prague
What you’ll do :
During the two-year HPE Graduate Program, you will:
Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design and architecture knowledge around HPE’s solutions portfolio.
Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s requirements
Maintain good communications with customers and partners.
Support team members in making business critical decisions effecting both strategy and pricing
What you’ll need:
Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in a technical field, IT business informatics, economics, or related subjects
Up to 12 months of relevant experience
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, alongside strong proficiency in Polish is required for this role.
High proficiency in Excel and have working knowledge of MS Office
Demonstrate a methodical approach with strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills
Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions

Be mentored by at least one senior member of the sales team and after two years in the program you can grow into a true professional with valuable experience
