About the Role
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, machine learning frameworks, data analysis, and model deployment, with hands-on experience building scalable AI applications in production environments.
You will collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to transform data into intelligent, business-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise applications.
Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and business insights.
Build predictive, classification, recommendation, and forecasting models.
Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data preparation to deployment.
Optimize model accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Integrate AI models into web applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.
Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
Work with deep learning frameworks and modern AI technologies.
Monitor deployed models and continuously improve model performance.
Collaborate with Data Engineers to prepare high-quality training datasets.
Develop REST APIs to expose AI services.
Maintain technical documentation, model versioning, and deployment processes.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
Participate in Agile development processes.
Required Skills
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Knowledge of deep learning, neural networks, NLP, or Computer Vision.
Experience deploying AI/ML models in production.
Experience integrating AI solutions through REST APIs.
Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
Equivalent AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud AI certifications are also considered valuable.
