Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities -
 Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials
 Maintaining & managing 1500 SKUs.
 Ensure proper storage of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts
 Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid shortage or overstock
 Issue materials to production, dispatch as per requirement
 Check and verify all received goods with purchase orders
 Keep the store clean, organized, and safe
 Conduct regular stock checks (physical v/s system stock)
 Coordinate with purchase and production teams
 Maintain proper documentation (GRN, stock register, etc.)
 Minimize stock discrepancies, losses, and wastage
 Training team members to create a positive & accountable environment
Qualifications
 Education: Masters
 Experience: Proven experience (5-7 + years) in store
 Technical Skills: Knowledge about ERP system and Expert in MS Office suite.
 Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and
build relationships.
 Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a team and develop strong relationships with
internal stakeholders and candidates.
