Role Description This is a full-time Senior Software Engineer role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work model, allowing some work from home. The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack systems for AI-powered web, mobile, and cloud products. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and QA to refine requirements, architect solutions, and deliver high-quality, secure, and performant code. The role involves participating in code reviews, improving development workflows, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to technical decisions and best practices. The engineer will also help integrate AI components into production systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and support deployments and ongoing optimization.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-grade applications.
Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).
Background in designing scalable, secure, and resilient architectures, ideally in an AI-powered or data-intensive environment.
Ability to work in an agile environment, collaborate across disciplines, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading engineering teams, with a focus on code quality and best practices.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
