The Role -
This isn't a support job. It's a seat in the Founder's Office, working directly with the people building the company and directly with the founders and growth teams of the D2C brands we serve.
As an Account Manager, you'll own relationships with a set of merchants, understand their business deeply, and act as their strategist not just their point of contact. You'll help them get real results from our platform: better retention, higher order values, smarter engagement flows. When they win, we win.

What You'll Actually Do -
Own your merchants. Be the go-to person for a portfolio of D2C brands. Understand their goals, their catalog, their customers, and where they're stuck.
Consult, don't just coordinate. Study each brand's performance and recommend strategies loyalty programs, product bundles, cart optimizations, engagement campaigns that move their numbers. Then help them implement those strategies on our platform.
Drive results. Track what's working. Adoption, repeat purchase rate, AOV, retention. Your job is to make merchants succeed, so they stay and grow with us.
Retain and expand. Spot early signs of a merchant losing interest and step in before they churn. Find natural opportunities to help them do more with the platform.
Be the voice of the customer. You'll hear what merchants love and what frustrates them. Translate that into clear, structured feedback that shapes our product and roadmap shared directly with founders.
Who You Are -
A recent graduate (0–2 years' experience) who is smart, curious, and gets things done.
You understand the D2C / e-commerce space you follow brands, know what Shopify is, and have a feel for how online brands grow.
Comfortable with technology you don't need to code, but you learn new tools fast and aren't intimidated by dashboards, data, or SaaS platforms.
Strong communicator, both written and spoken. You can hold your own in a conversation with a founder.
Data-driven and structured. You like turning messy information into clear insights and action.
Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and a fast pace.
Bonus: any exposure to D2C brands, the Shopify ecosystem, marketing, consulting, or startups.
