Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Sr Manager Finance who is entrepreneurial, commercially driven and excited by the opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up. This is a highly hands-on role where you will work closely with the founders, establish scalable finance processes, drive financial discipline and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end finance function including accounting, taxation, compliance and financial reporting.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cash flow management.
- Build robust MIS and business dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial controls, SOPs and governance frameworks as the business scales.
- Partner with founders on commercial decisions, pricing, profitability and business planning.
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, procurement and sales teams to improve margins and working capital.
- Manage audits, statutory compliance, banking relationships and treasury.
- Support fundraising, investor reporting and financial due diligence when required.
- Build, mentor and scale the finance team over time.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 8-12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in a D2C food, FMCG or consumer products company is essential.
- Strong exposure to business finance, FP&A, accounting, taxation and commercial finance.
- Experience working in a high-growth or founder-led organisation will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent business partnering skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
