Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Month End is a full-time, on-site position based in coimbatore. The person in this role will manage relationships with potential companies for group health insurance.
Daily responsibilities include explaining Health insurance products, guiding applicants through documentation and eligibility checks, coordinating with internal teams and banking partners, and resolving customer queries and issues promptly.
Qualifications
Customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
