About Skyhawker
Skyhawker is hiring Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives for our Flight Sales team. If you have experience in the travel industry, are confident handling customers/agents, and have hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for flight booking enquiries
Search and quote airfares using Amadeus GDS
Convert enquiries into confirmed flight bookings
Upsell seats, baggage, insurance, and other add-ons
Handle cancellations, refunds, date changes, reissues, and customer escalations
Coordinate with airlines and consolidators for fare holds and ticketing
Manage B2B/corporate/agent accounts and maintain strong relationships
Handle group and bulk booking enquiries and negotiate fares
Maintain accurate PNR and CRM records
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Ensure accurate GDS/PNR handling and minimize ADM-related issues
Senior Sales Executives: Mentor junior team members and support the team in achieving targets
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any stream
Experience in the travel industry is must.
Hands-on Amadeus GDS experience is preferred
Strong English communication and customer-handling skills
Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets
Experience with B2B/B2C flight sales is preferred
Team-handling experience is preferred for the Senior Sales Executive position
