Role Description The Cluster Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing operations across multiple locations within the Bareilly cluster in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring branch performance, supervising teams, ensuring adherence to company standards, and implementing operational processes to achieve business targets. The role involves reviewing key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting staff in resolving operational or customer issues. The Cluster Manager will conduct regular site visits, facilitate training and performance reviews, and report cluster-level performance to senior management. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to maintaining consistent service quality across all locations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in multi-location or cluster management, operations management, or team leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive corrective actions.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams, provide constructive feedback, and support skill development.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
