Role Overview
The Cyber Compliance Lead is responsible for coordinating cybersecurity, risk, regulatory, audit, and compliance activities across the GHR application portfolio. The role drives remediation efforts, ensures adherence to enterprise standards, and partners with technology, cybersecurity, risk, and audit teams to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cybersecurity and compliance activities across a large portfolio of HR applications.
Coordinate remediation efforts for IAM, MFA, encryption, key management, SIEM, vulnerability management, resiliency, and related control requirements.
Partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, Audit, Architecture, and Application Owners to address compliance gaps.
Track remediation plans, risk exceptions, milestones, and executive-level reporting.
Support cybersecurity assessments, risk reviews, audit activities, and regulatory requests.
Coordinate third-party remediation activities and evidence collection.
Establish governance, reporting, and monitoring processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Drive continuous improvement of security controls and operational compliance processes.
Qualifications
Min 6-14 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, or technology controls.
Strong understanding of IAM, vulnerability management, encryption, security monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading remediation programs spanning multiple applications and stakeholders.
Excellent program management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
Ability to manage large-scale compliance portfolios and drive issue resolution to completion.
Financial services experience preferred.
Knowledge of regulatory, audit, and operational risk frameworks is a plus.
