TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.
Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.
We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to make complex AI-enabled workflows clear, usable and trustworthy.
You will work with clients, analysts and engineers to design interfaces for bespoke applications across industries and use cases.
What you will do
· Understand users, workflows and decision points through research and discovery.
· Translate requirements into journeys, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
· Design intuitive interfaces for AI outputs, reviews, exceptions and approvals.
· Create reusable visual patterns and maintain design consistency.
· Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation.
· Test designs, incorporate feedback and improve usability.
What we are looking for
· One to three years of UI/UX or product design experience.
· A strong portfolio showing structured problem-solving and polished execution.
· Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
· Understanding of user research and responsive interface design.
· Ability to explain design decisions clearly.
· Ownership, openness to feedback and effective remote collaboration.
It would be helpful if you have
· Experience designing B2B, enterprise or data-heavy applications.
· Exposure to AI applications, dashboards or workflow tools.
· Basic understanding of frontend implementation constraints.
