Role Description The Senior Specialist – AI Product Enablement and Change Management is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience
in product enablement, user adoption, or technology implementation, preferably with AI or data-driven tools.
Knowledge of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
Ability to design and deliver training, onboarding materials, and user guides for technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to gather requirements, interpret data, and measure impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Comfort working in hybrid environments and coordinating with global and local stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries is an advantage.
