About Milopure AI
Milopure AI is developing an AI-powered Industrial IoT (IIoT) platform and intelligent Chamber Box for monitoring,
analyzing, and optimizing industrial combustion and emission-related parameters. The product combines sensors,
electronics, embedded systems, IIoT connectivity, and AI/ML to enable real-time industrial intelligence.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineering Intern who will work closely with the founders and technical
team and take ownership of the design, development, testing, and documentation of PCBs and electronic
systems supporting Milopure AI's IIoT platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop custom PCBs for Milopure AI's IIoT and Chamber Box systems.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Interface sensors, microcontrollers, communication modules, and other electronic components.
• Work on power supply, power management, signal conditioning, and protection circuits.
• Support integration of sensors for industrial parameter monitoring.
• Work with communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, RS485/Modbus, CAN, Wi-Fi, and/or LoRa, as
applicable.
• Assist in developing electronics for data acquisition and real-time monitoring.
• Prototype, test, troubleshoot, and validate PCB assemblies.
• Perform hardware debugging and fault analysis using multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other laboratory
equipment.
• Coordinate with firmware/software teams to ensure seamless hardware–software and IIoT integration.
• Support PCB fabrication, component sourcing, assembly, and revision management.
• Maintain technical documentation, circuit diagrams, test reports, and hardware specifications.
• Work directly with the founders to convert product requirements into practical electronic designs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, cost optimization, reliability, and manufacturability of the electronics.
Required Skills
• Pursuing/completed B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools such as KiCad, Altium, Eagle, EasyEDA, or equivalent.
• Understanding of microcontrollers and sensor interfacing.
• Basic knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART and RS485.• Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and datasheets.
• Basic troubleshooting and testing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Willingness to work hands-on with hardware and prototypes.
Good to Have
• Experience with ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing 2-layer/4-layer PCBs.
• Knowledge of Modbus/RS485 and industrial communication.
• Experience with IoT gateways and wireless communication.
• Understanding of SMPS, DC-DC converters, relays, MOSFETs, ADCs, and signal conditioning.
• Experience with electronics prototyping and soldering/rework.
• Exposure to Industrial IoT, embedded systems, sensors, or AI-enabled hardware.
