Job Title: L2.5 Application Support Engineer
Experience: 4-6+ Years
Work Location: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts (24/7 Support Environment)
Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Shift 2: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Job Summary -
We are hiring an L2.5 Application Support Engineer to provide application and operational support for business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in incident management, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities -
Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support for business-critical applications.
Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues and alarms.
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow (SNOW).
Diagnose BSM alarms, call and mail in Incident/Request management tool by following SOP's.
Support users via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform basic SQL queries for analysis and issue investigation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and follow escalation procedures when required.
Maintain operational SOPs and ensure SLA adherence.
Required Skills -
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4-6 years of Application Support / Technical Support experience.
Basic knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure.
Knowledge of understanding Lambda codes, for debugging & support.
Working knowledge of SQL queries.
Basic programming/scripting knowledge in any technology.
Experience with Incident, Change, and Request Management processes.
Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
