Role Overview
We're looking for a graphic designer to create and maintain Joify's visual presence across every format it shows up in - retail, distribution, and social media. You'll design new creatives that represent the brand consistently everywhere, while also keeping existing designs current: updating them to new specs, resizing across formats, and creating variations as needed.
Compensation - Rs. 40,000/ month
Key Responsibilities
Design Production
Create new designs across offline and online formats including posters, pamphlets, board designs, menu cards, danglers, standees, signages, vehicle branding, freezer branding wraps, distributor brochures, social media stories and posts.
Create digital ad creatives and website banners
Design packaging for new Joify products
Ensure every design consistently represents the Joify brand, wherever it appears
Design Maintenance & Adaptation
Update older designs to reflect new specs, offers, or messaging
Resize existing designs across different formats and dimensions (print sizes, digital formats, signage dimensions)
Create variations and adaptations of existing designs as needed
Brand Consistency
Maintain consistency with Joify's brand guidelines across all design output — colors, typography, logo usage, and visual tone
Build and maintain a library of design templates for quick reuse, resizing, and adaptation
Requirements
Proven experience as a graphic designer (in-house, agency, or freelance); FMCG or retail experience is a plus
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
Working knowledge of print production basics (file formats, resolution, bleed/margins, die-lines) for posters, boards, signage, and packaging
Comfortable designing across print, packaging, and digital/social formats
Strong sense of visual consistency and ability to work within brand guidelines
Ability to manage multiple design requests - from small edits to full new concepts - without compromising quality or missing deadlines
