Outbound Sales Executive

We need someone who's good on the phone and can own outbound calling from start to finish, not just dial numbers and hand off.
What the job actually looks like:
Calling businesses every day, pitching them, handling the "no thanks" and the objections
Booking meetings that actually happen (not just numbers on a sheet)
Following up on your own, chasing no-shows, keeping your pipeline organized without someone reminding you
Telling us how it's going, calls made, people you got through to, meetings booked
Who we're looking for:
Speaks and writes good English
Not afraid to get told no a bunch of times a day
Can manage their own work without being micromanaged
Wants to actually grow in sales, not just clock in
