Sarjan Architects & Project Consultants is a multidisciplinary consultancy firm in South Gujarat with over 60 years of continuous service, comprising architects, engineers, planners, and interior designers. We work on commercial, government, institutional, corporate, and high-rise residential projects.
Role
Full-time, on-site position in Surat for a Civil Engineering Professional responsible for design coordination, estimation, tendering, site execution, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review civil drawings, BOQs, estimates, quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
* Assist with tendering, costing, contractor evaluation and bill verification.
* Coordinate civil works with architectural, structural, MEP and other consultants.
* Monitor site execution, quality, quantities, progress and specifications.
* Assist in project planning, scheduling, cost control and documentation.
* Coordinate drainage, water supply, stormwater, roads, external development and other civil works.
* Ensure compliance with relevant IS codes, specifications and applicable standards.
Qualifications
* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
* Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, costing, tendering and project management.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings.
* Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
* Knowledge of construction practices, materials and relevant codes/standards.
* Consultancy, government, commercial, infrastructure or high-rise project experience is an advantage.
