Call Center Agent

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.
Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information regarding IVF/fertility treatments.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments/consultations.
Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing patients.
Coordinate appointments with doctors and clinic teams.
Maintain accurate lead and patient records in CRM.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, appointment and conversion targets.
Ensure a positive and professional patient experience throughout the journey.
Coordinate with the centre team for smooth patient handling.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi ( other languages like Bangla, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu - preferrable)
Confident and persuasive communication style.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Comfortable handling calls and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in healthcare, IVF, fertility, telecalling, CRM, sales or counselling will be an added advantage.
