Role Description The HR Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The HR Manager will manage HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor regulations, and maintain accurate HR documentation and records. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, coordinating training initiatives, and handling employee concerns in a fair and confidential manner. The HR Manager will also drive engagement activities, support organizational development projects, and provide guidance to managers on HR best practices.
Qualifications
Experience in core HR domains such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation and reporting.
Ability to design and support training, learning, and development initiatives for diverse teams.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with HRIS or HR management software and basic MS Office tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR leadership or HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
