Role Description The Centre Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the spa and wellness centre. This includes managing staff schedules, supervising service delivery, and ensuring that customer experience, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met. The Centre Manager will handle customer queries and feedback, manage front-desk activities, and support sales by promoting services, packages, and memberships. The role involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing cash handling and basic financial reporting. The Centre Manager will also support staff training, performance reviews, and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and revenue.
Qualifications
Experience in spa, salon, hospitality, or wellness centre management, with proven ability to oversee daily operations and staff.
Strong customer service and relationship-management skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Basic knowledge of sales, promotions, and centre-level marketing activities to drive business growth.
Ability to manage schedules, inventory, and cash handling, with attention to accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
Comfort with using basic computer applications and centre management software; prior experience with booking or POS systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role and a diploma or degree in hospitality, wellness, business, or a related field preferred.
