Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller

Job Summary
IT WIZ INFOTECH is hiring an Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller to generate business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and online research. Your primary goal will be to connect with business owners and book qualified meetings for our senior sales team.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Picnic Garden, Tiljala, Kolkata (Work from Office)
Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers.
Help businesses grow by offering our Digital Marketing & Business Growth solutions.
Generate new leads through LinkedIn and internet research.
Find company contact details, emails, and key decision-makers.
Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
Maintain daily reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Cold Calling.
Excellent English communication (spoken & written) is mandatory.
LinkedIn lead generation and networking experience is mandatory.
Confident in speaking with business owners and corporate clients.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and Email.
Strong internet research and lead generation skills.
Higher Secondary or above.
