Recruiter – Consumer Brands
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and drive hiring across a fast-growing consumer/D2C business.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end recruitment across Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, E-commerce and Tech roles.
Proactively source high-quality talent from leading D2C, consumer and new-age startups.
Partner directly with founders and functional leaders on hiring priorities.
Build strong talent pipelines and drive fast closures.
What we’re looking for
2–5 years of recruitment experience.
Experience hiring across Marketing/Consumer roles, with exposure to Tech hiring preferred.
Strong sourcing skills and understanding of the D2C/startup ecosystem.
High ownership, speed and ability to work independently.
