Phlebotomist

Candidates should possess strong Blood Collection skills, including safe venipuncture and capillary sampling.
Candidates should possess solid Laboratory Skills, including specimen handling, labeling, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine relevant to diagnostic testing and patient care workflows.
Relevant certification or diploma in phlebotomy, medical laboratory technology, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality are required.
Effective communication skills, professional bedside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment are beneficial.
Previous experience in a diagnostic laboratory or hospital settin
