About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Intern to join Linkific. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver projects efficiently while gaining hands-on experience in project execution, team coordination, and startup operations. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in project management, leadership, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning: Assist in project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
Task Management: Break goals into tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor deadlines.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with departments, conduct team check-ins, and ensure smooth project execution.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, timelines, progress reports, and communicate project updates to management.
Problem Solving: Identify project roadblocks, support timely resolutions, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Leadership: Promote accountability, transparency, and ownership across project teams.
Required Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Educational Qualification
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
