Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Life Skills expertise, including experience designing and delivering structured learning programs.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Soft Skills to engage diverse learner groups, build confidence, and encourage active participation.
Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills to conduct clear, engaging, and well-organized training sessions and workshops.
Candidates should possess the ability to manage training logistics, including scheduling, coordination with institutions, and participant tracking.
Relevant experience in soft skills training, campus programs, or corporate L&D is preferred; exposure to student communities or early-career professionals is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; certifications in training, L&D, or coaching are beneficial.
Strong planning, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work on-site in Bhimavaram for the duration of the assignment.
