Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Vashi/ Bhiwandi. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking payables and receivables, assisting in monthly and annual closing, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. The role will also involve ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Accountant is expected to identify discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and support management with financial data for decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
Ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and invoice processing.
Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and statutory filings relevant to the business.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site in Vashi
HSC graduation in commerce.
Prior experience in an accounting or manufacturing environment is preferred.
