Anecdote India is an experiential marketing agency focused on creating impactful, innovative brand experiences. We’re looking for a driven Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships, lead projects, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi for a Client Servicing Executive responsible for managing client relationships, delivering presentations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and supporting account management.
Responsibilities
Decode briefs, lead presentations, and close deals
Support end-to-end client management across projects
Coordinate with creative & operations for seamless execution
Ensure high-impact delivery and client satisfaction
Drive retention and post-event reporting
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Event Management/Hospitality or related field
Experience in client servicing (events industry preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
