Things to carry for interview:
• Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

• Candidates must carry a passport size photo
Education:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Full-time graduation with CCNA Certified
• Must have completed 15 years of regular education
Must Have Skills:
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in last mile access network and network elements routers
• Good understanding of telecom processes
• Basic understanding of telecom technologies such FTTB FTTN VDSL Copper
GPON etc.
• Exposure of working on Provisioning configuration of Telecom services
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and
software applications.
• Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.
• Knowledge of network topology
• Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be added
advantage
• LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures
• Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP
• ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet
Good To Have Skills:
• Perform configuration, turn-up and testing of managed services equipment
for day 1 (Service Delivery) customer installations and day 2 (Service
Assurance) support of existing customers.
• Work with off-net providers to troubleshoot connectivity issues with
circuits or vendor supplied Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
• Use various software systems and applications to effectively troubleshoot
issues and equipment relating to underlying network connectivity, as well
as to identify configuration and other related issues with managed services
equipment.
• Train and mentor supported teams.
• Collaborate with and foster relationships with internal and external
customers
Process Specific Responsibilities:
Networking knowledge / Telecom knowledge with CCNA certified. Basic understanding of telecom technologies such FTTB, FTTN, VDSL Copper
GPON.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries through Voice, Email, and Chat channels
• Resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently within defined timelines
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and First Contact Resolution (FCR)
• Manage customer complaints and escalations with complete ownership
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Meet quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience targets
• Work directly with customers while adhering to project timelines and SLAs
• Follow Agile ways of working and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and customer service standards
Education:
• Bachelor's Degree with CCNA Certification
• Minimum 15 years of regular education
Technical Skills:
