Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI/ML Engineer role based in Gurugram. The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to support health care analytics, clinical decision support, and operational optimization. Daily responsibilities include collecting and preprocessing data, performing exploratory data analysis, building and evaluating models, and implementing scalable solutions in production environments. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements, as well as documenting models and maintaining model performance over time. The AI/ML Engineer will also contribute to improving existing models, staying current with AI/ML advancements, and ensuring solutions align with regulatory and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, with knowledge of Algorithms and software engineering principles
Expertise in Statistics and Pattern Recognition for modeling complex health care data
Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and modern machine learning frameworks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and SQL or NoSQL databases
Ability to design, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models in production environments, preferably on cloud platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; experience in health care or regulated industries is an advantage
