Role Description The Insurance Partner role at InsuranceDekho is a contract, remote position focused on expanding insurance reach and supporting customers throughout their insurance journey. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective customers and businesses, explaining suitable insurance products, and guiding them through the onboarding and policy selection process. The Insurance Partner will provide ongoing customer service, assist with policy renewals and queries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely servicing. This role also involves maintaining an understanding of different insurance categories, staying updated on product features, and using digital tools and platforms to manage leads, documentation, and reporting. The Insurance Partner is expected to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and act as a reliable point of contact for insurance-related needs.

We are expanding our presence on the InsuranceDekho POS platform and need some people who can take ownership of our motor-insurance pipeline.
Scope of work
• Process new motor-insurance policies so we consistently widen our panel of products.
• Process every incoming deal end-to-end, from quick quotation through to confirmed policy issuance on the POS portal.
• Handle policy-related service tasks—especially timely.
