Role Description The Owner role at RankJacker SEO is a full-time, on-site position based in Amritsar. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, designs and refines agency processes, and ensures that white-label SEO services and systems are delivered effectively to client agencies. Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and partners, reviewing performance reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The role also involves developing and implementing client acquisition strategies, optimizing workflows to reduce time spent on delivery and communication, and identifying new opportunities for growth and partnerships. The Owner is expected to provide clear leadership, maintain a high standard of professional ethics, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong experience in SEO, digital marketing, and agency operations, with the ability to design and improve scalable systems and processes.
Proven capability in business strategy, client acquisition, and revenue growth, preferably within a marketing or SEO agency context.
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills, with a focus on transparency and collaboration.
Competence in using project management and reporting tools to automate workflows, track performance, and manage multiple client engagements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize processes, and make informed decisions to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.
Ability to work on-site in Amritsar, maintaining a consistent full-time presence and actively engaging with the local team and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in leading or owning an agency is highly valued.
