International University Partnerships Executive (CTC 3 to 4 LPA)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an International University Partnerships Executive (Fresher). The role involves supporting the development and management of partnerships with international universities, including coordinating outreach, preparing presentations, and maintaining contact databases. The Executive will assist in drafting proposals, MoUs, and partnership reports, as well as organizing meetings, virtual sessions, and events with global academic partners. Daily tasks include conducting market and university research, tracking partnership performance metrics, and supporting communication between EduSkills, universities, and internal teams. The role also involves collaborating with program, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of international partnership initiatives and learner-focused programs.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with international university representatives, students, and internal stakeholders.
Solid Analytical Skills to research universities, evaluate partnership opportunities, and track data on program outcomes.
Basic understanding of Finance to support budgeting, grant applications, fee structures, and reporting related to partnerships.
Interest or foundational skills in Sales to support outreach, follow-ups, and presentations that promote EduSkills programs to universities.
Bachelor’s degree (completed or final-year) in any discipline such as Business, International Relations, Education Management, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; comfort with online meeting tools and basic CRM or database tools is an advantage.
Interest in higher education, global academic collaboration, and social impact; prior internships or volunteer experience in education or non-profit sectors is a plus.
