Role Description
As a Founding Designer at Revlet, you will lead end-to-end product design for a remote, early-stage team, collaborating closely with founders and engineers to define the platform’s visual identity and user experience. You will translate complex investing workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces, from initial discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Day-to-day work will include conducting user interviews, mapping journeys, designing dashboards and flows, and iterating based on feedback and data. You will help establish design standards, component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across web and mobile experiences, and contribute to strategic decisions about product direction and user-facing features.
Qualifications
Strong product design skills, including UX/UI design, interaction design, and visual design for complex web applications.
Experience with user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping to inform design decisions.
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and creating reusable design systems or component libraries.
Ability to design data-rich interfaces, dashboards, and flows, ideally for fintech, investing, or other complex domains.
Comfort working in a remote, early-stage startup environment, with a hands-on, self-directed approach and strong collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous experience as a founding, early, or lead designer is a plus, as well as familiarity with AI-driven or agent-based products.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is helpful but not required; equivalent practical experience is highly valued.
