Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Head of Growth and GTM to lead Pixelo's demand generation function. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound and inbound channels, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
Own and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns across Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Lead inbound demand generation initiatives through SEO, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
Manage, mentor, and develop the Demand Generation team.
Drive SQL, MQL, meetings booked, and pipeline generation targets.
Partner with Sales and Content teams to improve messaging, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisation strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Manage client interactions and present campaign performance and strategic recommendations.
Contribute hands-on to prospecting, client calls, and key growth initiatives when required.
Qualifications:
5–9 years of experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Sales Development.
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.
Strong expertise in outbound lead generation, SEO, Paid Ads, and Marketing Automation.
Hands-on experience with Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
Experience with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lusha, Clay, Phantombuster, SendGrid, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Prior experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong ownership mindset.
