Customer Service Analyst

Selected analyst's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify target prospects for private equity, hedge funds, and management consulting.
2. Outreach Strategy: Assist in drafting engaging marketing materials and email campaigns that highlight our core differentiator speed and same-day expert matching.
3. Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor positioning and track industry trends to help refine our messaging and sales playbook.
4. CRM Management: Update and maintain client databases to ensure accurate tracking of our outreach and engagement pipelines.
