Marketing and Growth Associate

Yalabs Solutions Pvt Ltd is a Chennai-based software development studio building products and delivering engineering for US healthtech and Singapore proptech/HR-tech clients.
We're hiring a Marketing & Growth Associate to own our brand's presence end-to-end — working directly with the founder.
What you'll do:
• Design website assets, landing pages, daily posters, and social media creatives
• Plan and post daily social content; engage with comments/DMs
• Write marketing emails, cold outreach emails, and campaign messaging
• Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn
• Manage the founder's personal LinkedIn profile and the Yalabs company page
• Coordinate with our tech team when a request needs technical execution, and present the output
What we're looking for:
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, design, or content
• A real portfolio (posters, social creatives, landing pages) — not just coursework
• Strong English writing skills; outreach copy that doesn't sound templated
• Comfortable with cold outreach (email/LinkedIn); calling confidence a plus
• Familiarity with Canva/Figma or similar tools
