Brands can run campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and more, with tools for creator discovery, campaign management, negotiations, content approvals, performance analytics and affiliate marketing. CollabOP brings brands and creators together on one platform, making influencer campaigns and creator collaborations smarter, faster and more scalable.
About the Role
CollabOP is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who understands social media, follows digital trends and can help grow our brand across platforms.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work on social media strategy, content planning, audience growth, influencer marketing and performance analysis.
What You'll Do
📱 Manage and grow CollabOP's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms
📅 Plan and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing goals
💡 Develop creative social media campaigns around creators, influencer marketing, brands and the creator economy
📈 Track social media metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, impressions and conversions
🔎 Research competitors, creators, trends, hashtags and emerging social media formats
🤝 Identify relevant creators and influencers for potential collaborations and campaigns
🎬 Coordinate with the content team to plan and distribute Reels, posts, carousels and other social content
💬 Monitor comments, conversations and community engagement to strengthen CollabOP's online presence
🧠 Analyze what's working and continuously experiment with new strategies to improve reach and engagement
What We're Looking For
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and social media marketing
• Interest in influencer marketing, creator economy and digital marketing
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends and audience behavior
• Strong research, communication and analytical skills
• Ability to create and execute a social media strategy
• Comfortable working with analytics and performance metrics
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics or similar tools is a plus
• Proactive, curious and willing to experiment
• Students and freshers are welcome to apply
You don't need years of experience. We care about your understanding of social media, creativity, curiosity and ability to execute.
