Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
Strong knowledge of system architecture and landscape management within SAP environments.
Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system monitoring to maintain optimal system health.
Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
Understanding of security protocols and user administration in SAP Basis.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
