Tekits is a computer peripherals company based in Kochi, Kerala, bringing gaming mice and accessories to customers across India through tekits.com. We're a small, hands-on team looking for someone who wants real exposure to running a growing e-commerce business.
About the Role
We're hiring a Business Operations Apprentice for a 3-month, fully remote apprenticeship. You'll get hands-on ownership across the business rather than sitting in one narrow lane — ideal if you want breadth of experience over a summer or gap period.
Responsibilities
Social media management (Instagram, YouTube content and growth)
Digital marketing & SEO
E-commerce store management (Shopify — listings, inventory, orders)
Customer support
AI integration & AI agent creation (automating workflows and internal tools)
General business operations
What We're Looking For
Self-motivated and comfortable wearing multiple hats
Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or tech/gaming products
Own laptop and stable internet connection (required)
Clear written and verbal communication
Prior experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, SEO, or AI tools is a plus — not required
Compensation
₹10,000/month for months 1–3
₹25,000/month from month 4, if selected to continue
During the apprenticeship period, either party may end the engagement with 7 days' notice
Hiring Process
